Technical Notes

There are many standards that exist in programming for the web. These are notes on some of the more pertinent ones.

Some of these are a bit odd or old, but they provide an idea of some of today's issues, and as of the second year of the second decade of the 21st Century, IE and FireFox still paint pages differently!
